Both certified and non-certified weather records are available. The coded weather data can be converted to charts, easier for a jury to understand and for the attorney to explain, as trial exhibits. Sun and moon data, which includes the times of local sunrise and sunset, are available. This information is obtained from the U.S. Naval Observatory, the official timekeeper of the United States. This information can also be converted to trial exhibits.
